Gather to join certified therapeutic musician, Nina Vecchi, along with her husband, Yogi Mike, for a session of deep relaxation and restoration. We will begin with a guided journey, accompanied by the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls. Then experience the shimmering sounds of gongs to release and reset.
Please bring floor props (blankets, pillows, and yoga mats). Chairs are available. Arrive early to settle in. Class will start promptly at 3:30PM. Nina treats us to delicious cookies and yogi tea at the close of the healing. It's a truly wonderful experience each time!
Healing/Self Discovery Healing Circle - FREE
2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
Next event: Wednesday, January 22, 2020
7:00- 8:30pm UUSGU, 3 Grafton Common, Grafton, MA (parlor)
This is an established Healing/Self-Discovery Circle. If this is calling out to you, please join us! There is always space for you! If the circle is at full capacity, and you are really hopeful to join, please contact me and we will make space for you.
The evening will begin with a short meditation or grounding activity to help bring your body and mind to the present moment. Following the meditation we open the discussion to sharing of any kind. You might share a challenge and by sharing it you may hope to shift it, feel it, work with it, hear reflections back from us, or whatever it may be that you are working with. You can share whatever is on your mind. Maybe not surprisingly, everyone's sharing has value to the whole. Each person who shares, brings healing to everyone.
The night will be filled with all sorts of feelings, from potential highs and lows, laughter and tears, and everything in between. We won't judge what comes of each night. We will only hold hope and kindness in our hearts for each others' pain and joy. I ask that you bring your willingness to be open-hearted. I also ask that our discussions in group be held between our group members, and not shared outside of the group.
Some nights I will bring along notecards of poems or words of wisdom, perhaps I will bring my oracle cards, and we can pick a card without looking, sit with that card for a few moments, and notice how it resonates with our life. Other nights we may choose to sit in silent meditation for periods of time. We can break off into 2 or 3 people and have deeper conversation about our lives. We can be flexible and build the energy for each gathering together.
The Healing Circle will close at 8:30pm and you are welcome to leave or stay until 9:00pm to spend more time getting to know each other.
I have been in healing circles for years, and the healing that happens is profound. Sharing of ourselves is the road to more freedom.
